Amigo's Insurance

if never dealt with the most unprofessional service in my life - I called to verify some insurance and immediately put on hold. the woman I spoke too was very rude and very short with her answers. honestly I would not touch this place with ten foot pole; just because the service they provide - having decent rates does not mean anything if the service is absolutely horrendous

The service is horrible. They place you on hold without telling you and doesnt check back

Closed at 9:31am on a Thursday. Good luck trying to get insurance somewhere else after being with this place for 4 years, never late or anything and all of a sudden I have gaps of no insurance when I tried to get insurance with someone else. Wth

Horrible service, Alejandra was super rude. She is able to cancel insurance and chose not to, and talks to you as if you are dumb and don't understand. JUST HORRIBLE!
