You can’t find a better doctor than Dr. Olsen. He delivered my first baby and it was an amazing experience. Even just for check ups and appointments, he is very understanding, kind, and answers every single question!

Tandy step up and admit I did indeed seizure within the hour of leaving your office after the 3rd gardasil shot ending at David Reese in the ER in 2008. An entire community remembers buddy. We see you are changing medical records?, deleting them? You have it as - 2012... hmm. I was Graduating class of 2010, so 2012?? 2 years after my class walked but I was homeschooled after the injury .... So how did I get it 2 years AFTER I was supposed to walk for my diploma? When I was homeschooled due to the gardasil injury. I was never the same.... Everyone remembers? The students , teachers, district. Everyone? Hundreds of witnesses it was long before 2012. We have proof..... and I was a scholar student till that shot....? And had to be homeschooled.. we have hundreds of thousands of dollars spent in your office in paper proof, to keep me alive the last 13 years. Yet 2020 you said to me “not a single issue” hu? So whyd ya gut me, and lab rat me? And fail to tell me results 2/6/2020 because I ended up seizuing and disformed in the ER 2/14/2020 when I begged u for a blood or urine test , told you it’s in the notes, I lost 100 pounds in 9 months, half my hair, I came in for a full yearly physical, and u ran through the insurance as a free yearly physical, and denied me blood or urine?? Your exact words “you’re healthier then ever have a good life” are you serious?? I’m fighting for my life right now. You failed me for 13 years and to see these records changed and deleted or scanned back in. Is disgusting.... I won’t even call you Dr Olsen. You have 5 daughters. My parents have one. Why would you do this to someone? I’m someone’s daughter, sister, aunt. You’re truly a disgrace to the logan community buddy. You said to me “I updated in 2017 a surgery we did in 2009” aaa did I ask? I wasn’t in cache in 2017????And where is it now? The state & me? I ME can’t access my own medical records from SURGERIES?? Are you kidding me? You cost a life to cover a big pharma injury and I will out you, over and over WITH PROOF. till you stand up and admit the wrong you’ve done to me and my family.nNICOLE COOPER. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Olsen! I had a miscarriage and he was the doctor on call, he handled it with kindness and compassion. He just delivered my second child and he was so supportive and encouraging during labor and I recovered so quickly—I honestly feel like I have him to thank. He is skilled, experienced, calm, and truly just a great guy. We loved him.

I was a nursing student that was fortunate enough to work with some of the OB doctors. Dr. Olsen impressed me most. He is confident, calm, and reassuring to patients and I saw him work a true miracle in delivering a baby in a unique circumstance. That led me to choose him for my own OB doctor because of his ability and I already trusted him. I was not disappointed in my experience. In appointments, he would answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He also respected my wishes and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Sadly we moved to South Carolina and I have to go elsewhere.
