I had Erica smith for my first pregnancy/delivery and she is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was very chill. She didn’t make me or my husband feel dumb for all the questions we had for her! Def reccomend

Fantastic bedside manner while maintaining professionalism. She is very friendly, but has been great at giving me all the facts and options without sugarcoating or leaving out facts and risks. She has explained any worry she has while giving me my risk factor for it. She knew my history and was actual able to explain somethings about my last pregnancy that I never understood. Her staff has also gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable to call with any questions or concerns and they always make me feel valid in them.

She was a great advisor for both of my children's births, we really appreciated her advice and expertise. Very kind and professional.

Dr. Smith did not take me seriously when I told ALL the symptoms I’ve have for years. (Many doctors like to just right of symptoms when it comes to women’s bodies). I had to push her into looking deeper into my hormones. I told her my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner wanted her to do it. She reluctantly did the order and found my hormones to be extremely low and finally had me do another hormone test. When her doctors office called to tell me results both times the accused me (through Dr.Smiths direction) of taking something that caused this issue. First off I gave them literally every single thing I have been taking 2 different times. The second time I talked with the office they were really pushy about it and insistent that I wasn’t telling them the truth. They repeated it several times. I have been dealing with depression, major anxiety and pain along with all the other symptoms for several issues. Why would anyone put themselves through this. I am also LGBTQ and my wife was there with me, she seemed accepting overall so that was good. The only thing she thought I should do is take birth control. It can make things worse and I will be taking my labs to another doctor that understands hormone issues. She seems to not know much about hormones and that makes me sad. When the office called me the last time they refused my request to have the doctor call me cause I had a couple questions. They wanted me to come in for a 3 min conversation so they could bill my insurance and myself. I’m so disappointed and wish they handled the situation better. I’m sure she is great for people whom are pregnant, there is NO SHAME in giving people referrals to other professionals that specialize in hormone issues. I don’t usually right reviews but if you go to her expect uneducated answers about hormones from her.

Love Dr. Smith! She saw me threw my first pregnancy, a miscarriage, and now my second pregnancy. She has been great at answering all my questions through each of them. She’s also always very happy and just a fun person to be around. I recommend her to everyone.
