Had a great experience with my visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Met the new PA and my complaint (sore throat and fever) was taken seriously and a script was sent over immediately to my pharmacy. My only complaint is trying to locate their local number. Calling the number I found online just sent me to a Reno operator. Otherwise, I was in and out in no time and feeling better in a couple days!

Rude! lack of ANY kind of advice...come back later.? Heads up you need an appointment for Urgent Care? YA an APPOINTMENT!!!!Save yourself some time and get flight for life or an ambulance. Not one, twice or THREE times this clinic is a WASTE of time and money!!! False sense of ANY kind of services!!!

What a life saver! Asthma attack and my inhaler is missing. Utalized the walk-in urgent care. I was registered, seen by the PA via telehealth, and at the pharmacy picking up the meds within an hour. Staff was very friendly and even called the pharmacy to put a rush on the order.

Office staff are friendly and helpful but the urgent care telemedicine workers are very unhelpful

Only PA for 200 miles and she refuses to help? This place is just as bad as it was before.
