We've stayed here for years. Very close to Angel Fire resort. The people are very friendly. They have remodeled the bathrooms. Looks very good. We love the place.

Outside doors. Quiet atmosphere and perfectly located for a trip either direction to either mountain town. My name is Roger Browning and I am a Texas Writer and the author of 'The Reckoning of Rance,' a book about a modern day family of ranchers, who not only inherited their places, but a lot of dysfunction as well. I am telling you this because during the difficulty of covid times, this hotel welcomed us in. All of the precautions were set in place and the check in was made very easy. The young man working the front desk and his beautiful dog was so helpful and went out of his way to be there if anything that we might need. I was bringing some books for a signing in Taos and Red River New Mexico and this was the perfect split for our stay and its feel for us as well. A great place for the weary traveler and I cannot wait until our next visit and stay there. Clean rooms. Beds just right and safety is what you will get there. The rooms where nice. Modernized and clean. Great location and great price for the middle of ski/snowboard season.

Clean and comfortable. But very thin walls. Heard the neighbors tv all night. Also a lot of noise from top floor. But staff was friendly and helpful.
