The Front office staff used to be very helpful and pleasant. The new front desk person is very bothered by any reasonable request for assistance with forms or information. I do not generally complain about people working hard to earn a living, however this person either is unhappy with her job or under trained, So has no professionalism or people skills. The Dr's are great!

My mother went to this place to get a mold of her teeth done, not a very difficult procedure, they obviously didn’t know what they were doing and forcefully removed it from her mouth with extreme pain. The doctor then walks away and says we are done and leaves my mother without her procedure done. Read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau they have nothing but bad reviews. Horrible horrible service

All of the times I’ve been here it’s been a great experience everyone that is helping in the back are all very nice and respectful as well as respectfully sociable, people need to understand that because of this pandemic they are gonna be short handed so please have patience as they will get with you when they can.

Pleasant service and excellent care. Not fancy if that’s important to you. Dr. Hsi is commendable and i am very I had switched to this practice. And I even save some money!

I love this dental office so much! My whole family goes here and the care we receive is outstanding! Dr. Hsi is fantastic and makes me feel like we’re bff’s. Keep it up!
