We have stayed at this hotel twice now and are booking a 3rd stay (winter season 2020-21). It affords us what we need, the beds are comfortable, and the staff has been friendly and accomodating. There are some things that need repairing (we had a little trouble with a fridge, and a heater, but both worked sufficiently), and everything could use updating. But, it's always been clean, which is my biggest ask.

Do not trust this place, they charged me a cleaning for for smoking we did not do. The guy working the desk said he thought he smelled something and we both investigates together. He told me he works not charge me and after I checked out I got charged. There was no sleep in the room or hallway when we checked out!! Boycott this place!! I want my money back!!

DO NOT STAY HERE.nTHEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ROOM CLEANING $250 WITHOUT CAUSE.nwe are not smokers, so how could we smoke in the room... Bad business practices here!nThere was no physical evidence... as we do not smoke...
