My engine needed to be replaced, so I went to Glenn's Automobile Repair. While I was there I talk to the owner for atleast 30 min and while that was going on the mechanic was pricing at new engine. When the mechanic was done he came out at told me and the Owner to price, new engine $2000 and $1000 to Install it. I saved up the $3000 and called Glenn's knowing 6 months has passed. Called Glenn's Automable Repairs told them I had $3000 we could start. Glenn's Automable Repairs told me they could not get the engine and I would have to, so I called an Auto Parts store and ordered and engine. Engine comes in now I just have to wait for a slot to open up. A slot opens up and Glenn's Automobile Repair does the work and when they are done they call me up and start to tell me that he did not finish the he had in fact left a problem that would need to be addressed and probably sooner than later. The mechanic also told it would cost $500 more than the price he quoted to me. I'm getting ripped off.
My four wheel drive was stuck in low. I limped it in and even though they were busy, Jason sent a mechanic over to take a look so I wasn't stranded. Great guys working here. I highly recommend them if you're having any sort of trouble.
great team. fast work. good chat. blew up a strut and damaged some additional components mid mountain bike trip. got it to the shop and they fixed it on the spot. didn’t miss a day of riding.
They were so good taking care of us. The repair shop as busy as they were, took time to repair our car to help us to continue on our trip
These people are absolutely incredible! I cannot stress that enough!!! I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. Very caring very nice and very helpful. Could not recommend them enough. I live 7 hours away from them and have considered taking my car back anytime for anything
