The acting manager Genny tried to give me a gift card and was rude about my return when I had the original box and receipt! Said nothing she could do but issue a gift card when I paid cash. So I called the grands junction store and that manager said she was wrong and would call her. How can they give you a gift card when you paid cash?? Rippoff if you ask me and that Genny needs customer service training again. Her people skills suck!

Went to this store today 3/18/21 to buy 10 bags of wood pellets. They refused to sell me any unless I buy a whole pallet! Customer service is horrible at this store. A sign on the door says masks required but none of the employees wear mask.

Very nice tool supply store. I love the selection they have there. I always find something cool and the prices are very reasonable
