Have used Best Appliance Guy on three different occasions and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service. Each time I have been able to receive an appointment quickly, Todd shows up on time, very professional and knowledgeable.
I would give him a minus if possible. He just took my $60 and never came back to actually fix my refrigerator. Saying he's ordering parts. Calling him constantly makes excuses for over a month now. Very disappointed. Don't hire his service not worth your time and money.
My refrigerator stopped cooling. I freaked out but Todd arrived, figured out what was wrong and fixed it in no time at all. He was so competent, friendly (even to my dog) and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend him to anyone/everyone. GREAT WORK!!!!
He was able to come the next day and fixed my dryer in 10 minutes! Definitely calling for all my appliance needs!
Todd was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me a new part.nI do not understand the negative reviews. If I had seen them first, I probably wouldn’t have used him. But so happy I did. Give him a chance. He’s a good man.
