The package I sent my dad which was a pretty large box was set at the bottom of his mailbox by a (substitute) carrier instead of the regular carrier that delivers to my dads area. I called the office to speak to the carrier and supervisor about where the package was and the supervisor stated that if a package was delivered in an location which wasn’t secure, it should’ve been left at the post office for him to pick up. Unfortunately since the sub carrier delivered the package in the wrong place (not even inside the mailbox but behind a log near the mailbox), NOW ITS MISSING and my dad now won’t get his sentimental Christmas present that I sent him :( please educate your workers on what to do with large packages!!!!

Do NOT get a passport here. The older man who issues them might be the most rude person I’ve ever interacted with in my entire life
Mail delivered Damaged, and been waiting for a package for over a month. No updates and everything I open a case they just close it.
I have always liked coming to this post office. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. I applied for my passport at this office and that went smoothly.
