Edd has the worst customer service. Called daily all day everyday for the last 4 weeks and cannot get thru to a live agent.

EDD-Oceanside Workforce-it a wealth of information for your job hunt. There are people who help you find a job and point you in the right direction. They offer free lecture to assist with your resume, cover letter, how to sell yourself and more. I had a wonderful advisor for my class, Fransisco. OW can even help you get free classes to help improve your skills. I would high recommend this place!
Was selected to attend a workshop and was glad I was. We were given very helpful resources and information for job searching. The office is nice and they have a resource room where you can utilize their internet and computers for no charge. Francisco was the one that facilitated the workshop and he was very helpful in providing feedback and assistance. I recommend it highly for anyone that needs help with employment. They have many other workshops too.
This place and its staff are amazing. Everybody is so helpful and positive and there is almost no wait when you need assistance for just about everything job search related. I'm a vet so I have taken advantage of their veteran services which is also outstanding. Melanie and Francisco are two individuals in particular are extremely helpful and kind, when dealing with them they almost never left my side as I navigated multiple websites and spoke with individuals associated with the unemployment insurance benefits department. If any of you guys who are staff there are reading this, I want to extend a big thank you and let you know that your efforts to help others make a positive impact everyday and you should all be very proud of your hard work.
