I can't rate the quality or value, because they never showed up. My daughter made an appointment the day before and was given a specific window of time that they would arrive. No one called or texted to say they were running late, or wouldn't be able to show, or anything. Numerous calls and text messages were sent to them with no answer or reply, very unprofessional!! I would not recommend this aggravation and frustration to anyone!!

Two years ago, we had a huge gopher problem that was just out of hand. Setting Plateau up so they came out every other month got the situation taken care of. If we have a problem we notice between visits we just give them a call and they send someone out to nip the new little guys in the bud. We are very pleased with the results and service.

Best, nicest service. With the nicest person coming over and explaining everything to me. He was polite and did everything I asked and. Felt very comfortable letting him into my home. I am pretty sure is name was Jonathan .

I cannot recommend Terry and his team highly enough at Plateau Pest Solutions. We had a termite infestation that was unbeknownst to us very dense and very active within an isolated portion of our house that we only became aware of because they started to eat through a bedroom wall quite aggressively over a very short period of time. I contacted Terry immediately and he worked around our schedule to find a spot that best suited us during the middle of the COVID-19 crisis and came out, explained clearly what needed to be done to contain and kill the termites, and then performed the work quickly and efficiently. He came dressed appropriately for both his and our protection during these uncertain viral times and was prompt, courteous, and professional. I cannot thank him and his company enough for the very fair price -- no price gouging during the crisis at all -- one year guarantee on the areas treated and follow-up emails noting that we are welcome to call his office or personal line with any questions or concerns that we may have.nnEdit: We had Terry come out to retreat an area and assess the house in its entirety and he was kind enough to do so for free. This man and his business rock. We will rely on Plateau Pest Solutions in the future for sure. Thanks again to Terry and his team!
