Nobody loves the court house. Divorce. Oh bad news. Be for a judge. Oh boy. Duck

I’ve had a court case here for 3 years the other party keeps putting court date off. The lawyer never physically shows up to court, neither does the defendant. I’m just tired of dealing with this old case. I live out of town and it’s a hassle for me. They claim there’s free legal aid but I basically have to do everything myself. I am just not up to speed with what’s going on. I’ve taken multiple classes in court to help. I have even talked to multiple staff and paralegal help at the court. The process is just way too complicated. Something’s gotta give. No one ever answers the phones, and it is difficult for some of the court workers to find me on file at times.
