This place is bizzaro world. Place an order, got a confirmation but items still not arrived. No response to emails sent from their website. How why do you even run an online business like this. Stay away

There was a one week delay on my order.nGiven that it's the holidays, I'm placing the error on USPS.nUSPS was not helpful in tracking it down either. In fact their update indicated USPC hadn't even received the item!nI contacted KESS Friday at about 3 pm through their contact page.nThe auto response I received indicated Kess had closed a little over an hour early. :/nHowever the following morning on Saturday (when they are suppose to be closed) I received an email response from Kess.nThey were able to track down my order - it's scheduled to arrive TODAY.nDo to the trouble they are refunding my shipping costs! :DnThank you!

I order a desk mat on June 10; however, I still haven't get it yet. I emailed them, but they even don't be bothered to response. I will never buy things from Kess InHouse again. I asked for refund, and I'm waiting for their response.

They have terrible customer service - they sent me the wrong order! The item I ordered was not available, instead of notifying me, they sent me a different product!! So frustrating to get the wrong order and have to fight with them to pay the shipping to send it back.nI ended up calling internationally just to speak with someone there. They sent me the wrong tracking information too, which is so stressful as I thought my parcel was going to the wrong spot. What a headache!!
