Ok food, I personally liked playing dodgeball. Please do not bend over in the shower. Worst mistake I made. Other than that 3/5

I give it no stars, prisons are prisons. If you have a loved one in one you know there's no rehab, they've pulled my son out of a few good educations classes he's been taking just to transfer on the spur of the moment to another place. No rehab - only money. Keep as many in so the c/o's can get more overtime and stay on their power trip!!

They gave me a chance. They granted my parole after 36-years. I finally started doing what I should have been doing from day 1. I hit chino in June of 82. At age 17. I got my GED. I became an X-Ray Tech.. A Certified Optician. A Costomer Service Specialist. Only when I did what Society expected of me, did they see I was no longer a threat to Society, but a potential contributor. I have been out two years now. I work hard, pay taxes, and live my life with a sense of Cleanliness and Gratitude. I hope that the CDCR find me also eligible to be released from parole. Our lives are what we make of them. It is not on CDCR why I did 36-years. It was my own actions and choices. I was given every opportunity to make right what was wrong in my life. I finally had the appropriate epiphany. They know what they are doing. Their responsibility to protect Society is immeasurable. Do not judge them harshly. They see every day, the best, and the worst a person can be. Sometimes that call is easy to make. Sometimes it is difficult. Political and Economic issues aside, Public Safety, and Respect for the Victims in the Inmates they have to make judgements on can not be second guessed inless a clear violation of their rights can be presented to our court system. Nothing is perfect, but it is the ststem we have. And it works.
