First time in, got a pair of cartilage piercings. Nice selection of jewelry. The piercing room was full of sunlight and very comfortable, and my piercer, Samantha, was funny and chill. That and her 13 years' experience made for a nice visit. I'll be back.nnThere is a $5 fee for paying with a card. They said cash was the other option so I guess I'll have to remember to bring some next time.nnUpdate 2/2020: Went back to get help with a troubled piercing and the young guy said I needed to keep it cleaner and it would heal. It had already been a year. Came back two weeks later and he said I needed a longer post and I shouldn't have waited so long to get help. Annoying.

Got a double eyebrow by Samantha and she was great!so nice, professional, and friendly! And it turned out just perfect. Definitely coming back next time!

Nice and clean , great safety precautions, thank for that. Awesome quality jewelry,just a lil on the expensive side. Mike pierced my infant daughter's ears, I'm a returning customer for more than 14 years several piercings and tattoos later, slightly upset at the guy working the counter insisting that I leave my purse out front saying i wasn't able to take with me.(even after seeing other customers with their purses in the 1st room)He was slightly rude. Could've given me a replacement ball to my barbell free, but was still charged... all is well tho.

I have spent hundreds of dollars here In Piercings and jewelry alone, I went today to replace a lip ring I lost and they wouldn’t even sell me one without an appointment. I am verry dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
