Kaitlin and his team are very customer oriented. We regularly recieve calls or emails to be sure all our insurance needs are being addressed. Never a push but just being proactive. Our rates are so much better than with our previous carrier. Plus, after only one year, our rate has dropped. Our rates never dropped with our last carrier, only increased with never filing a claim.
