I met Elisa over 10 years ago through a network group of professionals. She has always impressed me with her professionalism yet in a very personable way. She cares for her clients and wants them to have the best vacation she can possibly provide for them using their budget and timelines. She is knowledgeable and has been to many of the places she books so she can give first hand information. I recommend Elisa very highly.
We have known Elisa for about 5 years now, She has booked three cruises for us ( Alaska, Hawaii and Panama Canal) and a few trips to visit family. She is working on a cruise over the northeast and a stop in Niagara Falls. Anytime we have called with changes she has responded to our calls by the next day and made the changes for us. We will not use anybody else.
If you want communication and service, you won't get it from her once you've paid for the trip. Just book a Sandals trip, it'll be cheaper and better planned. That's my experience with her.
