ZERO STARS. Absolutely horrible service. The table is only a couple years old. I have tables bought at the same time that are perfect, this table's upholstery is a disaster. I tried calling and was met with extreme rudeness and no understanding what-so-ever. I will never purchase from them again. Terrible product. Terrible service.
I have been working with Dr. Nagoulat and we have been having issues about a table that patients complain of the face rest being uncomfortable with not enough space in the cushion area.
