Kyle is a down-to-earth professional that explained everything I needed to know about weak pelvic floors and how physical therapy would effectively strengthen my pelvic floor and safely get my body ready for more intense workouts. After getting to know me, Kyle tailored an excellent program just for me. The mental and physical support that I received each week during my rehabilitation certainly reflected my significant gains in strength and confidence. Thanks to Kyle, I could feel my pelvic floor getting stronger. It was amazing!
