Currently on their every other month service and there seems to be issues with the service every time. Had an appointment from 10-12 today. Called at 11:45 and was told that the technician was running behind schedule and would be here at 1pm. I know they are late because they aren’t here. A simple phone call at 11 would be nice. On previous appointments, asked to be called before the technician to arrived to make sure our dog is inside to get the backyard treated and no phone call and the no treatment because the dog was present. Every time I call the office, I’m told they will make notes for the technician. Seems like the technicians don’t read the special notes. I wouldn’t use them again and will be canceling our services.

Michael was awesome! He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. And on a follow up visit took care of the other issue. I definitely recommend Dewey in Baldwin Park!!!
Suppose to be a treatment fleas and ticks for one year, and after 15 days, everything were the same,, or worse. ...
I cannot thank Joe Gil enough for coming out to my property! Not only was he extremely friendly, he was also very informative and knowledgeable. He was on time and took care of my ant and Indian meal moth infestation. Wish I could give him 10 stars but 5 will do! Thank you again Joe Gill
