Took a 14K Gold Locket to be engraved, was promised it would look great, went back two hours later to pick it up and it was horrible. The engraving was not centered and it was all dented around the engraving but most noticeably on the inside. When this was brought to the attention of the person behind the counter helping me, he kept insisting it was fine and that it was not dented when clearly it was the opposite. Never bring your own jewelry to be customized here. Now have to take it somewhere to see if it can be savaged because this place did not take any ownership to destroying an expensive meaningful gift.nP.S. this locket was to be a gift to my mother with my grandmothers picture inside. We lost her to COVID-19 and wanted my mom to always have a memory of her and now our surprise is ruined by this place. ud83dudc94
I paid for a chain to be done and it took over a week to be done. At the end they told me I still had to wait for my chain and gave a ridiculous excuse on why it’s still not finished. I ended up having to get my money back after waiting over 2 weeks for a chain I paid for and still not ready. Do not recommend place.
