Horrible time with the front desk. I’ve been dealing with them for a few months and it has been agonizing. I’ve been trying to just live with it since it’s hard to find therapist and providers right now. Especially with adult adhd. I’ve had appointments scheduled with the wrong people. Then told I have to wait another month. This all happening while I’m in the process of changing meds so these wait times are life impacting for me. No care though. You’ll just have to be put on a wait list they said. Which isn’t a guarantee either. I’ve also logged into my zoom meeting without my provider showing up. Then I call the office and they tell me that the provider called out sick and no one even bothered to contact me about it. They have messed up many other things including my information which made it difficult to sign up for their online intake forms. To top it all off the front desk is horrible with communication. Half the time it’s an awkward silence. They don’t even communicate what they are doing so I’m constantly saying hello? Because I have no idea what’s going on. The front desk is bad enough that I don’t even want to go here anymore to see my providers.

Very kind and helpful, and streamlined online portal experience. Made it easy and non-stressful to get forms and things done, too!

A receptionist, a therapist, and the website each lied to me that I would be able to get evaluated for ADHD here. I went through the entire intake process, waited for my appointments, did the initial evaluation, all for the nurse practitioner to tell me she wasn't allowed to treat me until I get a test that SNBC doesnt even offer and then end the appointment less than 5 minutes in. What's better? After going through all of this, the test is going to take months to get, even though I was assured that I would be able to get treated in a timely manner so I could finally start seeing improvements in my quality of life after a lifetime of symptoms. I'm completely blown away that they would keep me as a patient for weeks just to tell me they can't evaluate me and hang up.

Horrible experience with SNBCare. I was on the market for a new psychiatrist to help with anxiety. I met with the psychiatrist two times. She claims to have been in the field for man years, but seemed to know very little about side effects with many of the medications she was recommending.nnI was supposed to have a third appointment with her and I get a call from SNBCare about 16 hours before the appointment telling me that they don't accept my insurance and that I will have to pay out of pocket. I cancelled my appointment and would not recommend using this service.

I have had a lot of therapists. I am bipolar, and also well educated, and I am very particular about what therapist is able to work with me and actually teach me and help me in a new way.nnErin was amazing. Not only did she understand me, truly, and make me feel heard and understood, But she gave me hope about having a therapist that would actually help me get better and give me better coping skills. (I am not Dante but his mother)
