Totally lacking transparency. Ordered tests for me that we’re not covered by my insurance, even after I SPECIFICALLY asked whether the tests would be covered. He gave me complete assurance that they would be covered. They were not. Additionally, my initial visit with him was mis-labeled as a follow-up, leading to a lot of confusion between me, the front desk and my insurance company. Dr Heru himself is a very nice guy. Just very misinformed and/or disingenuous as it pertains to treatment costs and what is and isn’t covered by an insurance plan.

Dr. Heru is the most thorough, knowledgeable and complete physician I have ever had. He constantly goes the extra mile to address each and every concern. He has been a steady and unwavering presence in supporting my family with all of its primary care needs.

Absolutely horrible. When I asked him a question in Lincoln urgent care, he completely skirted around the question because he didn’t know and started going on a tangent that had nothing to do with why I was there.

I used to have complete confidence in Dr. Heru however he does not get back to you when you need something or to go over test results and he just wants to send you all over to specialists. It is a horrible feeling to sit in a specialists office after paying a copay and be told I really do not know why your Dr sent you here I can not help you with this. I switched and could not be happier.
