After paying over 1000 to fix front teeth, the filling felt weak and translucent. I came back in for him to fix it, but he was way more concerned with his ego, and not admitting the tooth to being poorly done, so he insulted the other tooth, laughed at my issue with the weak filling, and didn't do anything to fix it. A week later, it was half chipped when eating a soft strawberry, Not to mention during the actual procedure he swore several times, and said he hated his life. Get rid of your ego, and just do your job, when someone is paying that much money If you really hate your life when fixing teeth, maybe choose a new career. I was planning on doling all of my teeth completely there, cosmetically too- well over $10,000 but was so turned off, I am not coming back. I guess this is a problem with it being Aspen, and not a family owned practice. They just don't really care.

I have had good experiences with Aspen so far. Still couple more appts to go but satisfied so far. I think the instructions they provide you for new dentures could have more detail but all together has been good

Absolutely terrible experience, the only positive thing I would have to say is the people at the front desk are very nice. The dentist is incredibly rude and unhelpful . Went in to get teeth pulled and basically got questioned the whole time about why I shouldnt get them pulled but also I couldn't afford to hand them a few thousand dollars up front for a root canal . They also don't take in consideration any health issues you have before coming in, which has alot to do with my review . Then when I called and asked to change to a different dentist because of everything that happened. The when I got there it was the same dentist . If they try to offer you a payment don't do it because the also don't mention the check your credit and sign you up for a credit card . They also charges me the wrong amount. The only reason why I found that out was about 6 months later I had money put back into my bank account. When I called the Financial Department of ask what happened they told me I was overcharged. Overall and absolutely terrible place and experience. I would not recommend coming here

Very friendly staff! The environment is clean and neat looking. The wait time is less than 15 minutes! I highly recommend this place!

I took my wife for a simple tooth extraction and the bedside manner was atrocious, no explanation not calming just in and out like cattle. This place is a joke. They should be shutdown for the way they treat patients.
