It took 2.5 hours to do an oil change. When I picked my car up, the interior was covered in oil. The steering wheel, the door, and the window control. I have a 2021 and I am pretty disgusted how dirty they returned by brand new car to me.nnIt took three car wipes to get the oil off the steering wheel, and you can see the oil smeared on the door handle.nnI would not return there for service.
Brought my car in for the mounting and balancing of four new winter tires (purchased via Tire Rack and shipped direct to this Firestone location) and a four wheel alignment as well. Dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up in the evening (tire shops are always slammed when winter's around the corner - please account for this). Tires are balanced perfectly and the car's alignment is dead on. Awesome prices. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys!
Called to make an appointment to have a nail removed from my tire and Mike had me come right in. Repaired tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Swift customer service very much appreciated.
most people would be scared to drop off a car they care about at a chain location but i genuinely feel comfortable handing the key to these guys. a few of the guys have been there for a while from what i can see although i don’t remember all of their names lol but they know to run a shop. very clear on timing and they have always come correct and even helped me cut costs on a couple repair bills. i would definitely recommend bringing your car here.
Great work they do there. Bob is a good person who watches out for his customers.
