I am thankful that Pascoag Utility District is my electric provider. Great work guys.
They’re quick and cheap, the only issue I have is that last winter, a neighbors tree fell and ripped the wires out of my house. Pascoag electric was fast and got it fixed within a few hours, but told me I have to hire an electrician to put the wires safely back on the house. I have small children running around and told them this, kind of annoyed that they can’t just set the wires back into place but oh well I guess.
Much lower bill than national grid and better customer service
The PUD politely knocked on my door and all the neighbors in the house. They were informing us that the water was being temporarily turned off... I thanked him for the advanced notice
The staff here is really helpful and was able switch over the electric utility without any hassle or complaints. The person a the window and the person on he phone were considerate and helpful in everyway you could ask for.
