For a government office this is a pretty good place. I had to make several visits as the government makes nothing easy, even for the people who have to do the job. An insane amount of forms and procedures, even though there are supposedly paperwork reforms and such. There was a wait to make an appointment and a wait once I got there but overall not a bad office compared to others. And yes, these people are impersonal, but they have to be. Its the nature of their job.
Absolutely awful customer service. Didn't answer my question, hung up on me and when I called another office, the info she had given me wasn't even accurate.
Customer service is terrible!!!nThe staff need a lot of training specialized in empathy and respect to others. The waiting time is awful. The only good thing about this place is the parking space.
They deliver my new social security card to a completely differentnt address It’s been over a month I ask the lady what happens now someone just has my information she was completely rude and says no they can’t send. It out .... it’s been a month You already said it was sent out and she just hung up
I have made many visits to this office and have had excellent service each time. They know their stuff, are very patient and helpful and the wait is really not that long. They service peoplewho are needing explanations or very conerned and are sensitive to all. I am very impressed by the staff. Great that we have this resource nearby.
