I've now had two 5-star experiences with Alan at Harbour Galleries. I won't go into detail, but suffice it to say that Alan went way above and beyond the standard of service that I'd expect from the average jewelry shop. I don't buy jewelry very often at all, so I can't honestly speak to whether the pricing seems low or high, but I can say that I'm perfectly satisfied with the value that I received, and especially so with the level of service that Alan provided. Very appreciative, and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with the recent repair I had done here; good price and timely work. I've also had a ring designed here that was amazing. Will definitely continue to come here for all of my jewelry needs.
