So much better than going to Home Depot or Lowe's paint department. They employees here really know what they're talking about. They made some great recommendations. And the quality of the paint is great! They even kept my paint color on file and I was able to call back and order mixed paint 5 gallon buckets ahead of time! Great experience!

Great products and customer service!
Absolute worst customer service and experience at this location. Two separate “regulars” came in without masks and challenged other customers when they asked about why they weren’t wearing masks. One regular “Rocko”, who seemed like he was smoking some crack before hand in the parking lot, tried to fight a customer for the employee asking him to get a mask. “Rocko” started yelling “TRUMP 2020 WERE GOING TO TAKE YOU ALL DOWN” and trying to fight customers. The employee did nothing and when I questioned him his response was “not my problem man”. Well, it’s your job to enforce your businesses and states laws right? This guy was clearly a regular and that’s how you let him act? Extremely toxic and unprofessional environment. I’ll be bringing my business to Ben Moore from now on. Hope you guys get it together and stop allowing degenerates in your store.
