I have brought my children here over the past 20+ years. Every physician has taken their time to listen to my kids. They always explain throughly and address my concerns. I am always impressed and confident in their care!! I highly recommend this practice to all of my friends and acquaintances!!!!

Dr. Silversmith is amazing, he has seen me and all of my brothers throughout the years. He is a very honest and trustworthy doctor, and always gives the proper advice.

My kids are now 18 and 15 and have seen Dr Noel their entire lives. She is probably the best decision I ever made for them. Every doctor we have ever seen has been outstanding. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

Just want to appreciate Courtney who works the desk at Ocean State Pediatrics. She is a GEM!! It’s so hard to find good employees who actually care about their job these days. She always goes above and beyond to help me. I’m new to this whole mom thing so when I need help with insurance questions and things like that she never fails to inform me about everything!! She is honestly so great! Thank you so much Courtney!
