Great owners, Great staff. They have resized a few watches for me for free! Not to long ago i also went in there trying to find a replacement pendant for someone close to me that had lost theres. The staff were very friendly and did all they could to try and help me find the closest match that we could. Something I'll never forget. They helped make Christmas as special as it was that year.

1st time shopping at Laudicks and im so glad we came! Mike went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My wife tried in over 20rings before she found the one she wanted and Mike was there to make her feel great each and every ring. Laudicks will for sure now be our go to place for jewelry.. Id give 10 stars if I could.
Mike and his daughter were both very helpful and so polite and friendly when I took my granddaughter in to have her ears pierced. She is only seven years old and they made her feel like a queen!! Thanks for your time and patience with her! The cost was very adorable as well. Thanks again!!!
