We have rented a car here twice now. Both times they have gone above and beyond in service. The first time we rented we needed a car asap, they were able to accommodate us with a very nice van. The 2nd time there was a mechanical issue with the vehicle this was NOT their fault but the manufacturer of the car. The manager himself was able to get us switched into a different car and made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I will definitely be coming back to rent more cars from them!

AC quit working two hours into a 13 hour drive. Trying to find the nearest Enterprise and trade was very chaotic and time consuming. We finally figured out we could either turn AC off at the controls for several minutes then back on and would start working again, most of the time. A few times we had to pull over and turn the car off. That was better than trading down a few car classes which was our only opportunity to trade out the car. 1600 miles in a standard class car would be hard. Also, the pain of unpacking and repacking a cars. I was disappointed to be charged full price and offered no discount for the huge inconvenience. I'm a Hertz Gold Customer and wanted to try a different provider. Definitely going back to Hertz.

We usually rent from Enterprise every 3 months or so to go see our boys in NC. Our experience with Enterprise is always pleasant, but have had a few clichés over the years; car not being there and ready when we got there so we had to wait but they comped us for it, not the right car but they upgraded us. So all in all they always make it right. This last time we rented a truck and we were driving at night threw the mountains and the dash lights kept going out and at one point the truck turned off completely and told us to pull over and restart the engine. Not sure what that was all about but not something you want happening in the middle of the night in the mountains. No lights, any one could have drove upon us and smashed into us. Kind of a scary situation to say the least. When I reported this I was told it would be checked out when we returned it. Again when we returned it I reported the situation and again all that was said was we will look into it. No I'm sorry or what can we do to make it right. Was a little disappointed in that fact but over all the trip went well and the truck worked out fine
