By Far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my watch there to get repaired and the work was good. However, it took many months to get the watch back (almost a year). When I did not hear anything back from them I had to call. I called almost every other day for over a month to try and get them to; 1) find and repair my watch, 2) to mail me the watch once it was completed. Will not be using them again and do not recommend.
