Great store but sometimes when i walk in i get slapped in the face with dead fish smell...
A zero star is not offered. Never will i return to that store. I was verbally attacked by a employee over my mask not covering my nose completely. I have health issues that stop from wearing the mask. But in compliance to shop i have to wear it. Take my business elsewhere..
I appreciate the curbside pickup. Every staff member, every time, are polite, courteous, and helpful. Seniors that are concerned with staying healthy in this crazy 2020 pandemic are well-served by Giant Eagle's excellent service.
Bought 8 dozen cupcakes for my wedding. They were poorly piped. They looked rushed but I had no choice but to use them due to the fact that I was out of time to order anything else. Very disappointed. I had to spend extra time on my wedding day trying to make them look better. Train your bakery staff better.
Good service here.nOn a really busy day I forgot to take my gift cards I purchased. The next day I went in I asked about them and was able to get them. As I left the cashier made a point of double checking to see if I was able to retrieve them. Above and beyond expected job duties.nJust one experience of helpfulness, they're awesome here:) Thanks!
