I take all 3 of my dogs to get groomed at the alliance location and the girls are awesome! They always make me feel comfortable leaving my dogs there. I have a big bloodhound who had his first ever grooming appointment today and Jess was so sweet with him. Thank you so much! I truly appreciate you all!
Overall, the store is quite nice and most animals seem to get proper care. I am a tarantula keeper and sadly the tarantulas from here are not housed properly and seem to be neglected. I have bought two. One is doing fine but a pink toe I bought died within a month of having it. I highly suggest training the staff to provide proper care for them or stop selling them all together. ):
They trim and file my dog's nail here. They do a Great job and are reasonably priced. The girls who do it are very friendly and take good care of my buddy. Thanks Serena, Dave loves you!
Nice store, nice staff. I buy aquarium supplies and fish. I've had some fish live years and on occasion bought some that died rather soon but the store always makes it right. They use shared filtration tanks so quarantine any new fish just to be safe but they usually spot problems and halt sale of stressed fish.
The cashier was very helpful!! She went above and beyond to inform us of everything we needed for our first Guinea Pig we purchased from here today!! My kids couldn't be happier!! Welcome to the family Humphrey!
