This was my first time renting with Enterprise and they were so great to work with! I had made a last minute reservation the night before and the next morning they were unfortunately out of cars, but called and quickly got me a rental within an hour. All the staff were so friendly and helpful! Overall great experience and would recommend!

Devon and the others were tremendous people to deal with. They were courteous very professional Eritrea Pinterest very professional and absolutely accommodating. They did not hesitate when I did not like the first vehicle and the second vehicle they gave me was tremendous. I would tell anyone to go to Enterprise to get the service that you need

Both times I've rented from your company my rentals were not there when I showed up at my scheduled pick up time. The first time, I waited nearly 3 hours, this past week I waited nearly 45 minutes. My rentals were scheduled a week if not more in advance. This is completely unacceptable to not have the vehicle in your possession at said time when reservations where made for pick up. No apologies from staff, no discount, no nothing. This past week when the vehicle finally arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time it was dirty, not cleaned, not swept out, clearly dirty from the previous rental people. I will not rent through Enterprise again as both times they have failed to complete my reservations as I paid for.

They disregarded my needs, which I clearly specified twice before renting a vehicle. They then crammed me into a space which was too small, boxed in and the inability to move my legs freely caused me to have an accident. ud83dude12

Falsely accused of damage to vehicle because I wasn’t present for the final walk through and could not dispute, by the time I even knew there was an issue they had already taken the liberty of filing an insurance claim on my behalf. If you need a rental car they have them but don’t give them the opportunity to take advantage of you because they certainly will.nThis isn’t just a branch issue this is company wide, hop on Reddit and you’ll find plenty of people telling the same story. The common thread being if you don’t get a final walk around they are going to try to pin damage on you that never happened.nn(Oh and they like to reach out to you when you leave a negative review, this is just for show, no response when I emailed back, let alone a resolution to my issue)
