This place is rubbish, Mrs. Claudia is very despicable and rude, nothing friendly, I bought two tickets to and from Guadalajara and when we were there I got tired of the tickets and that later they would talk to me to see when they could return and they did not speak to me later. I talked and they hung up, they put me on hold and they never answered me. It was horrible. I couldn't even enjoy my trip because I was worried about my return flight. I don't recommend this place at all!
