My husband and I had a great experience at Crystal Ranch Lodge and Resort. My husband had never been fly fishing before so I was hoping to find a place that would give him a positive experience and “get him hooked!” Lane was our guide and did a fantastic job! He outfitted us with boots, waders, and rods. He took us to various fishing holes, all on the property, and adjusted our flies accordingly. My husband was able to cast and land several fish in the 2 days we fished. This was due to the time that Lane took to teach and explain the technique, then the patience to let him put it into action. The trout were wild, fresh and fun to catch!
Kacie, the Chef, put out world class meals for breakfast and dinner, and supplied us with a delicious box lunch everyday to eat.
In the evenings, we sat outside under the stars by the fire. We were lucky enough to be there during a meteor shower! INCREDIBLE!
We are already talking about when we will have a chance to go back. We are so grateful to everyone at Crystal Ranch that helped to make our fishing trip so memorable!!
Family fishing trip. The Lodge is extremely comfortable and very attractive. The service was absolutely top-notch and they went out of their way to be accommodating to our very diverse crowd. The fishing was, as advertised, great and the guides were able to get a couple of our young rookie fishers totally in to it. Would go back in a heartbeat.
The staff at the ranch are absolutely brilliant and the location is amazing. We had a great time fishing and were treated like family. Would highly recommend a visit.
My wife and I had an amazing time on the full day guided fly fishing tour. The guides were very helpful and patient as they taught two first timers how to fly fish. We had lots of success and an overall fun time just being away at this gorgeous resort. Would highly recommend!!
Wonderful location great staff. We loved the experience at Crystal ranch.
KC and Eric were both great. We did wish the river to be lower. We still had fun fishing. I'm planning to go back again later this summer
