3 weeks ago my husband a Police Officer, was injured in the line of duty. With still so many surgeries ahead of him and wanting him home ASAP! We were extremely happy that Kyle was able to assist us on a Saturday. We had my husbands medical equipment delivered to our home in such a short notice. Thank you so much for helping us!

This is the best company ever!! At closing time I called them because my power lift chair I need to sleep in broke. Within an hour and a half they had me a new chair delivered to my house and took the old one away. They could have told me to call tomorrow. But when they heard I had a spinal disease and counted on this chair to sleep at night they sprang into action to get me a new chair.nThank you guys. Your the best!

Excellent customer service, I couldn't be happier with the amount of time spent with me on the phone (I live out of state) to help me make a purchase for my mother. I was never pushed to buy something more expensive, but rather was given all relevant information so I could decide for myself. Their prices are very reasonable and well under the MSRP. When the chair appeared to be mis-delivered, the staff tracked down the delivery paperwork and determined that the facility placed it in the wrong room. I was told that a lift-chair purchased at a medical supply store would be far more expensive than going to a discount furniture store, and I found that to be completely untrue. They stock an American-made high- quality line of chairs with a great manufacturers warranty. You won't regret supporting a small locally owned business.

Kyle was awesome! After TERRIBLE customer service from Lincare for very basic questions/information and trying to schedule deliveries from them (multiple times from different locations) I gave up on them. Lincare is who my health care provider uses. I gave Northshore Home Medical Supply in Peabody a try and very glad I did. I was in need of a piece of equipment right away and they took care of me right away. It is so refreshing these days to get excellent customer service!!! I had a great experience. Thanks Kyle!
