The BEST team of employees work in MANTUA.
Never had an issue in dealing with here. It’s a post office, they offer all the services necessary, and do their job well. Definitely nice to have in town
Conveniently only an 800 number to reach them. Mail carrier never drives up to deliver packages, just leaves a note that they weren't able to reach us. This place was so much better when Lori and Marcy worked there.
No accountability when you bring a service issue to their attention. Employees frequently give incorrect information.They just don't care. Inconvenient that they close for an hour for lunch, most people could stop in during their lunch hour to handle business.
