Just went through the drive-thru and they were out of coke... Again! This has happened multiple times in the past and it’s frustrating they haven’t fixed the issue. Also, ordered a milkshake and the employee told me that they weren’t making milkshakes today. I asked if their machine was broken and she said “No, we’re just not making them today” then she told me they didn’t have any of the icees available either. It’s getting ridiculous there and it’s frustrating because it’s the only close fast food place around so choices are limited.

I generally eat food that my body appreciates. McDonald's does not qualify, however, every once in awhile I'm stuck with McDonald's as a last resort. Such was the case earlier this week. It was at 10:15 p.m. on a Friday night but every light inside and out was blazing so I pulled into the drive-thru only to be told that the store closed 15 minutes ago. When I asked why all the lights were on the person politely told me that they were on a timer - as if that was a good reason to have all the lights on after closing. Does corporate have to be involved to change the timer! Do a favor for future customers and the neighbors and change the timer to turn the lights off when the restaurant is closed.

Service was good, no long lines and I can see why. Fish sandwich was the worst I have ever had at a McDonald's. Very cold, dry, hard dried up cheese like the sandwich had been sitting out for days. Had to throw it away it was so bad. Coffee lukewarm. Won't be going here again.

Our food was made hot and fresh, no mistakes, great service with a ud83dude01ud83dude0a smile! Mantua McDonald's!!
