This location I have to review monthly because it changes from one extreme to the other. It seems like the crew that works on day shift is good. The crew that works on the weekends and on the evenings is horrible. Sunday morning 2/7/21 I got the snottiest service yet. The lady gave me an attitude when I was trying to make a simple order. I ordered by a combo number and only got a drink and a sandwich? I even verified with her that it was a combo. The pickup window was even worse. The woman there barely even recognized that I was a person and literally I had to yell through a closed window to HER have a nice day hoping I could teach these people about customer service.

What a joke. I order a couple of items. Wait in line for 20-25 minutes, 10 of which you are at the window and you see bags and bags of food starting to line up and the cashier can’t even do anything but look at you...not saying one word, the kid is just laughing and having fun with co workers and just not even acknowledging that I’m there....so ridiculous.

If there is more then 1 car in the drive through they get backed up. This is by Far the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever visited. They have 2 speakers but they cone one of them off because they can't handle it, the People that work there Just don't care, they don't wear masks and if they do it's a chin diaper, they Constantly Forget Items, and My Experience Today was I had to wait 7min while at the Window For 2 Large Pepsi's. Not even Sure How this place operated when the workers had to deal with people on the inside and the drive through when they can't even handle the drive through alone. Do Yourself a Favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION.

French fries were fresh and hot like I like them. Iwill definitely be back for my fry fix. Good job staff you all get an A+.

Very fast drive thru line. I expect a lot of people are using the mobile app, making it a smooth experience. Food is hot, happy daughter!
