Every time I go in there the manager is rude and unprofessional. Every employee has been helpful and respectful. The manger is always rude and short tempered. I’ll go to Total Wine from now on.
If I could give zero stars for this Kappy's service I would. They have signs to form a line for the cash registers and to wait to be the next called. None of the cashiers are following through with their own policies. And customers were not paying attention and just cutting and going up to the registers without waiting therefore myself and others had to stand there a long time. When I ask why they aren't following their own rules, two cashiers gave me an attitude. I will not go back to this location.
Erin and Shawn helped me find an amazing 1/6 barrel for my tap. The service is amazing. they take lots if empty for recycling.
Can always find what I need or want here. Highly recommended
Social distancing in effect, curbside pickup available. One associate assisted me in making a selection. Excellent selection of hard cider, in particular.
