Excellent customer service. Clean store.. very covid-19 compliant. Shoes were well organized and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
Purchased a pair of shoes full price and was expecting to be charged 50% off second pair as advertised. When I got to my car and checked receipt I realized I was overcharged. Went back in and had to get an adjustment. Ok. No problem. I decided to check out the shoes in their boxes and the anti-theft sensor was left on. Had to go back in again to have it removed. They simply didn't care. Will not shop this store again.
I desperately needed a pair of dress shoes for my new gig. Got a pair of kicks for my niece and her birthday a few weeks ago, the first thing the nice blond woman said to me as I approached the counter was that I could get another pair half off. It reminded me off my past visit, she looked up my receipt, helped me save 50 bucks I was ready to spend! Great customer service. even hiy the steps of getting to know me and why I was in the store buying shoes! Perfect service and I'm starting to love famous footwear!
