Amherst is a pretty good location. Had a very nice young gentleman take our order. Ice cream machine is down more than it's up. Overall good though.
Sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes with nobody even acknowledging my presence. I left and the girl working the first window was leaning with her back against the window. Saw the line behind me go from about 5-6 cars to nothing because they were tired of waiting around.
Was after 9pm when my husband and i used drive-thru. Sat at speaker for a few before our order was taken. Then sat at payment window while she took the next order. Was not given a receipt and she dropped my card between building and our truck after payment was made. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 large fries. Was parked and waited 5 mins before food was brought out. Fries were hot but not for long. During the day i had good service but night shift is not worth it.
Stopped in to grab some food after flying home from denver. The manager( guessing) was wonderful. They had a line like crazy yet she was still nice and polite. Also informed us they were making fresh fries so it would be a minute.
Ordered a sweet tea and asked if this was a sweet tea. I was told yes this is a sweet tea. This is fact an LG iced coffee. 12/12/20
