DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. First Penny spelled my name wrong after being told how to spell it multiple times. So she had to cancel my flight and re-do it which cost my mother-in-law an extra $200 just so I could be on the same flight out of the country with my family and my 8 month old baby. Then 2 days before our vacation ended our flights back home got cancelled. So we called Penny and asked if she could find another way for us back home since that's what she was being paid to do. She then told us to pretty much to find a way back home ourself. I will NEVER use this travel agency in the future.
