Adam was the Lowe's Associate that helped me when I wanted to purchase a new grill (ours died the day before the Pats/Raiders game!!). Adam explained he was deaf and produced a pad and pen. He made me feel completely taken care of. And reached out to his boss (Brooks?) when I asked a question he wasn't sure of the answer. He helped me get the floor model into my vehicle provided expert guidance as I disassembled the stand from the grill. And he got both into my Rogue carefully and considerately. I am so happy that I lucked into getting Adam to help me. He deserves a commendation!!!

I am so discussed with Lowe’s in Danvers!!!nI have been waiting for a delivery since October 1, 2020! I call them and most of the time I cannot get through, or the line gets disconnected, or no one can help me!!!nMy delivery date has been changed 6 times without any notice! I have had to arrange mynDays so that I would be here for the delivery.nAnd every time it was a no show! I was promised that I would get my order today 10-19-20 between 9:30 & 1:30 and again no show, no phone call, no text message, nothing!!! I tried calling Lowe’s again no answer in any department! So I went on line to Check my order status And it stated the date was changed againnFor tomorrow 10-20-20 @ 8:00am !!!!! No phone call from Lowe’s with an apology, nothing!! I will never buy anything from them again.

It is as one would expect. It's reasonably neat, reasonably well stocked. Frustrated with the trend in self-serve retail where by they try to steer you to self-checkout. I don't want self-checkout and many feel the same. I want a live human with whom to interact.

Went into Lowe's today to get lawn and leaf bags which I tried to get at Costco earlier but they were all out. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door until the time I left. They also had their incredible holiday lights, trees and decorations on display which put a smile on my face.

Good Lowe's, they have a solid amount of items and 4 self-checkout stations. They usually have only the self-checkout open with 1 or 2 attendant's if you can't use the self-checkout.
