Jim is literally the worst. Always bad attitude, very rude and for some reason he’s always there with no help so he’s even meaner! Besides him the ladies who work the counter are always so nice and they have patience so you can ask questions or if there is a long line they are still just as nice when they get to you. The ladies are the reason I gave 4 stars. If it was solely on Jim it would be 0 but since you can’t give 0 stars it would unfortunately be 1 star.nPlease FIRE JIM!!
They have always been kind to me and very fast service.nEveryone leaving bad comments is just because you are ignorant and your mad the world doesn't revolve around you so get over your stringy selves and realise your no one special and you have to be patient like the rest of us good people out here.
Unbelievably poor customer service. There's an older guy there who literally yells at customers. Including customers who are polite. I think his name is Jim. He is rude for no reason and inefficient with long lines. I go out of my way to get to another mailing/shipping company just so I don't have to deal with their unprofessional attitudes.
Worst experience ever. One employee in particular is extremely condescending. Threw my package like it was garbage EVEN AFTER I had selected the fragile option on the payment screen. It landed so hard me and everyone in line heard the dishes clatter. I previously shipped some breakable with another employee and she was very professional, however this man was an embarrassment. I will never ship anything at this location again.
FIRE JIM AND YOU MIGHT GET MORE CUSTOMERS , BETTER REVIEWS AND PROBABLY MORE WORKERS TO STAY. Horrible communication , service and was Soo disrespectful ..lucky I can keep my composure
